My usual pharmacy could not prescribe my medication as their system had crashed. I went to this pharmacy in Crammaville Street and they managed to obtain my prescription from the system and dispense my pills. Excellent thank you. | ||||||

My mother is housebound and can not get to the pharmacy to get her prescriptions. She relies on the pharmacy to deliver. The pharmacy across the road failed to deliver in time 50% of the time, sometimes leaving my mother without drugs for several days. Well pharmacy however have failed to deliver on all occasions since my mother moved to them four months ago.
She has now asked me to switch her Pharmacy.
Do not rely on Well Pharmacy to deliver your drugs. We have procedures in place for our delivery patients so it is really disappointing to hear that these have not been followed. I wanted some advice regarding pain management, and as I get my prescriptions from this Pharmacy and the staff have always been helpful I asked for help. The pharmacist came forward and came up with a plan which will hopefully help me going forward. | ||||||
