This is not a review. It is a complaint and a query. I had an appointment at the pharmacy at 11.30 on April 2 2023. There was no one at the pharmacy to do my health check. I had two text messages reminding me of this appointment. Perhaps you should have texted the person who was to do the test? What happened?

IF YOU NEED URGENT MEDICATION GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. BOOTS WYMONDHAM ARE AWFUL AND HAVE BEEN FOR WELL OVER 10 YEARS. IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AS THE QUEUES ARE RIDICULOUSLY LONG AND THE SERVICE IS VERY VERY SLOW. THESE OPENING TIMES ARE ALSO INCORRECT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE, THEY ADENT FIT FOR PURPOSE
