I have been having trouble getting some of my son's medication for months at our local pharmacy,they say that stocks are in short supply from the supplier,after two months and various excuses I went to morrissons pharmacy and got the whole prescription filled off the shelf,well done morrissons pharmacy and their extremely polite staff. | ||||||

Although some staff are friendly, some do not possess any customer service skills. I can't remember a time where the prescription I was collecting didn't meet with some problem.
Today I waited 15 minutes to be told my dr surgery hadn't sent the prescription over and I would have to call the surgery. Well I did that and was told that the pharmacy had signed for the prescription 2 days ago!
Luckily, my mum was in the store and was able to collect it for me. However, yet again there were items missing!
