I have used this Pharmacy for just over two years to get my repeat prescriptions but have become increasingly dissatisfied with the overall service I have received. It seems that the staff simply don't care that I have to go back to them over and over and they can never get my prescription right, something is always missing. I have been using a different pharmacy and over the last five months they seem to manage to get it right every time. I simply don't understand how it can be so difficult for this pharmacy to get something so simple so spectacularly wrong every time. Anyway, since they don't appear to care that they cause me massive inconvenience, my time with them has ended and I hope that causes them inconvenience. Your feedback is really important to us when we are assessing the quality of service we provide and to take action where required. I can ensure you that all of your concerns raised have been passed on to the Regional Development Manager, who is overall responsible for the pharmacies in this area. The RDM will be planning to visit the branch this week to make sure that the branch team are following proper procedures to avoid any inconveniences in the future. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and cheerful. I have repeat prescriptions every month or so and yes sometimes I have to wait to order some of my drugs but as the pharmacy is under growning pressure within the NHS I think they do a brilliant job. Keep up the good work! |

I have used this Pharmacy for many years to collect my repeat prescriptions but have become increasingly dissatisfied with the overall service I have received it got so bad that I have changed to a different shop .They issue a card with the date you can pick up your next repeat prescription but on several occasions their was no medication ready for me on or after this date because they forgot to order it. I never once got as much as an apology and on one occasion was told to come back the next day. I returned the next day a Friday but once again they had forgot to ring the surgery so no meds again as I was going away for the weekend I couldn't return until the following Tuesday , yes my meds were ready but once again no apology was forth coming so that's when I decided that I wasn't prepared to continue to use this pharmacy. I sincerely apologise for the incident that happened with your repeat prescription and the overall dissatisfaction that you have felt from the services offered to you by our colleagues. All pharmacy stores have set high and quality standards and procedures that are expected of the store colleagues to follow. Unfortunately, it is disappointing that this Well branch has fallen short of this high standards. In order to address the issue, I will make aware of this issue to the Branch Manager and the Regional Manager to investigate your concerns and take action where required. We have robust feedback processes in place where branches are identified as needing further support. Customer service is of great importance to us and further assistance and training will be arranged where required.
