My wife Visited the chemist because she couldn't see a doctor for medication off the shelf told by the assistant behind the counter and the pharmacist she couldn't have the off the shelf medication with out seeing a doctor My wife told them she was in pain they wasn't bothered and had a very poor attitude, this is for off the shelf medication no prescription needed but the attitude was poor from the pharmacist downwards not interested in the discomfort of my wife not the first time this has happened in boots but I will not ever go again very poor attitude and service | ||||||

The staff in this Boots are really helpful and considerate. They explain things clearly and they are super-efficient. Toni is particularly thoughtful. | ||||||
