This Bunch deserve a Medal for they way they have responded to the COVID Crisis with all the extra work that has entailed. We don’t realise how lucky we are to have this facility in the heart of Spixworth. Don’t forget ,This is not merely a dispensing service as was on the old days. It has had to pick up and deliver / advise , take responsibility on, which would have hitherto been former clinical issue’s regarded as a GP s arena only, in times gone by. We are very fortunate indeed to have them on the doorstep.Thankyou. |

I didn't realise until I got home but there wasn't a patient information leaflet (PIL) in with my medication? Nor any instructions on the box? The government website states:
(MHRA approves all packaging and labelling information for medicines sold in the UK including the information that must be provided. Medicines must include a patient information leaflet (PIL) if the label does not contain all the necessary information. Unless all the information is on the pack, all medicines must include a PIL, regardless of how patients get them)
Also there is no expiry date, batch number, serial number or a product code on the box? Luckily for me I was able to Google the PIL for my meds but not everyone is able to do this and why should they? Surely that is the job of the person who is dispensing at the pharmacy! |
