I am disappointed with the abrupt and unprofessional service received. Shouting confidential information across the store is in breach of GDPR. I will be taking this further!

My prescription is sent electronically from my gp. Every month it’s either lost, can’t find it etc. I was told they short staffed what can they do. Not my problem. My partner is disabled and has prescription delivered. Every month I have to chase this up. I was told be grateful it’s a free service. He still needs his meds. I have spoken to other people about this branch and can assure you I’m not the only one. Most of the staff have an attitude problem and are very confrontational. I was behind a lady today who’s been on holiday put her prescription in before she went for a week away. Guess what not ready. I think some decent staff training is in need. The attitude towards the public is terrible. At the end of the day it’s your company that gets the bad name. I have worked in retail all my life and understand dealing with the public can be difficult. Never was I rude or cocky towards anyone. Whether it’s not enough staff I don’t know but whoever manages this team needs retraining.

There always seems to be a huge queue in this pharmacy. Despite having 'prescription in' and 'prescription out' tills the waiting time is interminable. They also almost never have my full prescription, which means I have to return and queue again. I have even returned several days/over a week later to be told they don't have it. It is my nearest pharmacy, but I am looking elsewhere in future.
