I have found the attitude of 1 or 2 staff members including 1 pharmacist to be almost rude and their attitude quite condescending rather than helpful. Very surprising for a health provider.

Three years have passed by and I am repeating the findings of the previous Anonymous Person's review dated December 2017. Patients are made to feel as if the staff are doing us a favour, and are not always helpful. A prescription will be delivered by them as or when they deem fit. We are told to give them 48 hours notice before the prescription will be ready. Sometimes it can be 6/7 days. They always have a ready excuse. We should not have to chase a pharmacy. When queried they tell untruths ie blaming the GP surgery for the hold up in their transfer of the prescription. Checking with the surgery has proved not to be the case People in receipt of their drugs delivery are ill and should not have to constantly check the pharmacy is doing the job for which they are employed. Nothing seems to have changed over the last three years. It must surely be time for a change in Staff?
