Phones are not answered, tried all 3 options, after a few rings one is abruptly informed that service is terminated, phone goes dead.. I find this extremely rude and disrespectful. Sounds like they feel one is just being a nuisance. I have decided that I will not be going there again for anything. Kidlington resident. S

I've been on a regular prescription for nearly 40 years, 37 of those have been trouble free but with Boots Summertown there seems to be a problem 2 out of 3 times. Starting to wonder if not taking the medication will cause less harm than facing this experience multiple times a year
