Funnily enough Pharmacists need food and drink!!!! If they don't get nourishment they tend to keel over.. They do not possess superhuman powers. Certain medication needs a responsible Pharmacist to be present. Its against the law to sell it without them being present. Stop being so selfish | ||||||

Boots in Otley is about as unimpressive as it gets.The counter staff are unhelpful and dont seem to know how to order products which are advertised on-line. The pharmacy,unbelievably, closes at lunchtime and it is impossible then to buy even cough medicine or anti histamine based products It seems as if customer service has gone out of the window at this sleepy branch.Not good when there are other chemists in Otley who offer much more customer friendly services including much longer opening hours.
