Awful customer service, gave me the wrong medication and said that as I walked out the door it was my own fault. Manager was rude. I spoke to the local surgery and they said there have been a lot of new staff and patients are reporting bad experiences a lot. | ||||||

Always excellent service from all members of staff, very helpful on the telephone when checking if repeat prescription requests have come through. Great advice given on over the counter and prescribed medication when collecting.
