We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Absolute letdown. Not the first time, not the second time, not the third time but it will be the last time. I have used the repeat prescription service for nearly 2 years. They claim, with a sign saying 7 days, perceptions will be ready. Over Christmas 2 1/2 weeks notice given. Prescription still not ready. Always the same excuse “we are trying our best”. This time 10 days notice given. They asked me to wait. Basically they couldn’t find my prescription. I can be totally truthful say the times (which have been few) when my prescription has been ready there have been at least one or two other people in the chemist complaining how poor the service is. The staff do try to be helpful but the system they use is totally useless. It is such a shame as the chemist is so handy but due to the appalling methods they use or lack of staff, I will not be using them again.

the staff that work there always seem happy even when it's busy as it often is,
there also very helpful if there's a problem.

Very rude staff. You have to come for the medicine several times, because it is never there when they say it will be. Disgraceful and impudent addressing the client. I strongly advise against using this pharmacy for everyone.
