    Very very very very long wait

    Recently, the pharmacy has gone down hill fast, the staff spend more time chatting in the back than serving the customers, and the opening times are getting shorter due to “lack of staff!” As this is a busy area that is due to get busier Lloyds need to sort out this branch if the opening times say they open at 8:30am then give or take 5 -10 mins this needs to be the case as everyone is busy trying to get to their own jobs. Considering there is a nursing home 5 mins walk and the patients need their medication.

    Amazing staff Tina knows everyone by their first name sHe must have a memory like an elephant! Service is A1loads of choice in everything. All the chemists behind the counter can’t hep enough. Wouldn’t go anywhere else 10/10 Well done to you all Doris Gravestock.
