Waiting times very long and they lose prescriptions -avoid if possible.

As a member of staff I was appalled at a review from a customer who I don’t recognise that described me in a very discriminatory way because of my looks and the way I walk also describing me as rude and looking down on people, I have never been that , I think she is the one who is rude, and I find it so sad that people think they speak about the staff who work extremely hard to keep things going in these difficult times in such a disgusting way hiding behind social media ??
