I requeated from the staff member by the chemist department to provide me with a new device for my inhaler cartridge as the one I currently have has been used for six months and the dispencer is starting to get clogged up. I adked if she could just swop the box that only contains the inhaler cartridge with a box that contains both a new device and a cartridge. She insisted that the doctor should prescribe the device I explained but the device is supplied with a cartridge. I asked her to please discuss it with the Chemist and her response was the doctor must prescribe the device. She did not even attempt to discuss this matter with the chemist. She also seemed irritated with me instead of trying to assist me. This incident took place today at Boots Devizes around 11am.

I have for 3 days tried general enquiries and the pharmacy just to try and speak to someone to check on a prescription being sent from the hospital, on all 3 occasions waiting for 2 to 3 mins NO ANSWER on any of the choices. Not acceptable BOOTS, most Companies are taught to at least answer within 3 rings let alone a Company prescribing medication for the sick.
