Visited to pick up simple packet of painkillers. Asked rather abruptly what you taking them for. I said that’s a personal question why do you need to know that. Replied it’s within my rights they are highly addictive. I then said they were for a broken wrist and felt she had been rude in the way she approached the question and I’d never been asked that before. She then said I can ask that for any of my medication behind me and I have the right to know, she then abruptly stated-you know what I’m not serving you now! I don’t have to! She then ignored me and served the customer behind me. No empathy or compassion shown, very abrupt manner and absolutely NO customer service at all. I strongly suggest a refresher training course for Rachel Grant to help her overcome her very militant and gruff approach. Extremely poor service indeed!

I suggest Rachel wood attends a refresher course as her militant and gruff attitude is extremely un-professional, she shows a complete lack of empathy and compassion to her paying customers.
