I don't know what has gone wrong at this pharmacy. They never have your full prescription in, it usually takes 2 visits and you are always kept waiting at least 20 mins,.#
Even the doctors surgery is now recommending other chemists. Original Comment Report...

I went into the Lloyds Chemist today (15 January 2015) during the morning & wanted to buy some Friars Balsam which is not normally regularly requested but a trainee pharmacist gave me exceptional customer service
