Ran out of meds over bank holiday and the colleague told me how to get an emergency supply with 111 and had it sorted for me to take an hour later, great service.

Really nice lady served me and despite being busy really took time to advise me on my antihistamines. I’d been bitten to death by mozzies and she advised me to see the gp if it got worse but the cream she sold me did the trick.

Been coming here for years yes the wait can run to half an hour but they tell you that upfront so you can walk round the shop or sit in the car . They’re not giving you a takeaway they’re giving you medication it’s going to take a while. Staff always friendly and try to help where they can. Some pharmacies take up to a week with processing medication but they get it done within 1-2 days usually from getting it from the GP. Whenever I’ve had issues with my meds they’ve sorted it for me. Can’t fault them. People are just impatient and entitled I find. Keep up the good work.
