They started off well but, unfortunately, have become a victim of their own success. For the first four months I received a phone call telling me my one prescription was ready for collection. For the ensuing four months no phone call, no prescription ready, once getting lost and then later found buried with others on the right hand shelves. Twice I was told they'd run out and the fourth time I had to phone my own surgery to get an emergency prescription to tide me over till they got themselves sorted out. I feel their goodwill is genuine, their organisation appalling as they seem to be burdened with handling most of the prescriptions in Bicester. They seem short of knowlegable staff and of the precious few they have they all looked stressed, worn out and desperately in need of a break.
