    This pharmacy has sadly gone rapidly down hill. A prescription now takes 5 working days or more usually. I stopped home delivery as so hit and miss. Half hour wait for a prescription ordered 1 week ago online. 8 staff behind the pharmacy this morning, with a customer pleading to pay for a shop item. Sad to say as many we have moved our needs elsewhere. Bad management, and ignorance of phone calls, which can take days to get a reply as cuts off continually. This is not in any way the pharmacy it used to be and still of course blaming COVID!

    The reviews above are way out of date, the service at this pharmacy has declined recently and is now terrible, they just don't care!

    since changing over 2 years ago from boots in pevensey bay due to the useless staff i have never had a problem the staff are friendly and helpful 100 % efficent
