What a dreadful chemist/pharmacy. Three words sum it up - Rude and Ignorant.

Not open at 9. Its now 915 and still not open. My wife will be very late to work but has no choice to wait as dependent on her medication.

Not happy with this lot - I went in approx 11.30am to pick up a prescription where upon I was told the pharmacist hadn't turned up and no prescriptions could be handed out. As someone who suffers panic attacks when out I have to plan a journey when I am comfortable so I said I won't be able to go back very soon - no help whatsoever. This isn't the first time I have experienced this in this chemist. I told the woman to send the prescription back to the Dr - I won't be back - one thing I cannot stand in late people and sloppy work which is all far too common in these times. I expect there were quite a lot of old people turned away this morning because of a pharmacist with a sloppy attitude to turning up. Not good. If there was a problem they should have phoned in with an explanation.
