Every Time I have visited this chemist I have walked out with the correct medication, even when I have walked in and tried to explain my symptoms in a way only a pharmacist would understand. | ||||||

Went in there about 09.30 on 10/11/14, after trying to make a purchase I was practically thrown out the pharmacy for nor having correct change. I appreciate that they didn't yet have any in the till but the way I was spoken to by the person serving was disgraceful. Will never visit there again just to be spoken to like something they had just scraped off their shoes!

Every single assistant working in this pharmacy is kind and most helpful. The way they work suggests that they actually take the patient's problem seriously and with most empathy. I always feel in safe hands when I need to ask for their help, and unfortunately it happens too often. We have been living in the area for 4.5 years, and since we moved here I have very rarely visited any other pharmacy. The employees are professional, humane, helpful and go to all lengths to make my family feel that they actually care. | ||||||
