I don’t think in the last 6 months that I haven’t had problems with this pharmacy. 1 wrong dosage … could have had serious damage. 2. Wrong insulin …. . Tablets not available …. Took days to get these sorted. Standing outside for up to 45 minutes, then going in and having to wait another 40 minutes as had not been dispensed despite ordering 4 days previously. Don’t fancy standing outside in the cold and rain as the winter approaches. Don’t open till 9 am when the surgery opens at 8 am so you have to wait or come back later to collect prescription. | ||||||

When I ring for a repeat prescription it is no trouble for whoever answer the phone always ready to help. | ||||||

This is a very reliable pharmacy, with helpful and friendly staff.
They saved me a great deal of worry and time by organising my elderly mother's repeat prescriptions and delivering the medicines to her home in sealed, single-dose packets free of charge.
After taking a prescription for my daughter to them I was able to arrange a repeat prescription with a single phone call. The medicine was ready for collection when promised, and I didn't need to visit the surgery at all. | ||||||
