Having tried calling several times over several days I resorted to sending an email which was responded to by an automated response which was of no use to me at all. I would like to speak to someone at Day Lewis as advised by the surgery but it is proving to be impossible. Re thinking our decision to move to this pharmacy has put me off because I would need them to be contactable as I live a long way away from them and my in laws.
