I've been using this pharmacy my whole life and it's been fine until the last year or two. The general staff are nice enough but most don't seem to know what they are doing, the person who seems to be in charge though is very rude and arrogant, even aggressive sometimes. My whole family require repeat medication and none of us can ever get it without a problem, sometimes just a lack of communication or not paying attention, but lately I feel I'm actually being lied to! They will never admit they are in the wrong. I'll be told to come by on a certain day to collect my meds and when I get there be told they don't have it/ can't get it. Last time I was told to go back to my GP to get another prescription, I cannot walk well so my boyfriend had to drive me to the doctors surgery and drive me back to the chemists with the new prescription, only to be told they didn't have it. I've been told no suppliers have the meds I need but I found other pharmacies could get it no problem. We've also had times where my brother has tried to pick up a medication and be told it's not there yet, so I've called from home to see when it will be ready just to be told it's there and someone needs to pick it up! They often miss out items and tell you it's all there. I can't even go in there anymore as it makes me too stressed, even though it's the only pharmacy I can get to without being driven. Very disappointing.

I have been to this pharmacy a few times. It's really clean and up-to-date inside, with stock that looks sparkling new unlike some other pharmacies. I received good advice on my last visit, and my prescription was fulfilled almost immediately. Happy customer!
