After many incidents of late or missing prescriptions I was told ''find another chemist'' I complained to head office and for a time things improved. Now back to form with prescriptions missing and no one answering the telephone. My GP surgery tried to phone them also and got no reply, apparently this is the norm. This has to be one of the worst pharmacies I've ever used. They never have my prescription ready even after a week of it sitting on the online system. The whole idea of the online prescription service was that it was supposed to be ready for you to pick up a few days later. Most of the time mine hasn't even been downloaded off the computer! My wife and I have had the same experience of items not available to fulfil the requirement set out on our prescription's. Although we are told the items would be available the next day, in the busyness of life there has been times when we have not picked up the item. May I suggest that a telephone call be made as a reminder to customers that their outstanding items are available to pick up? I know that records of customers are on the pharmacy computer. I hope the review I have written is constructive and not a complaint against the staff.
