Went to collect a repeat prescription which had been sent through 3 days previously. Stood at the counter and was ignored by the 6 staff for around 5 minutes before one said “be with you in a moment”. I was then asked for the details and asked to take a seat. I waited a further 20 minutes before I had to ask at the counter for the prescription again. I didn’t get an apology. I stated I wasn’t happy waiting twenty minutes for the service, which didn’t get a response from the staff. I don’t think they cared. Watching behind the counter they have absolute chaos of empty boxes and packets over the floor and sides. They have broken draws and shelves. It appears the place is in an absolute mess with no organisation. The staff have no attention to good customer service or desire to deliver a good service. I will not be using this service again and would strongly recommend no one else does. I would have been quicker and got better service to of walked to a near by pharmacy. We are sorry to hear that you have felt that you were ignored by some of our staff.Staff are employed to undertake their regular day to day tasks but the priority is to ensure all patients are served promptly . We will be reviewing our procedures at Haverhill pharmacy to ensure that patients are served without delay. Pharmacies receive orders a few times a day and during the delivery of large orders the pharmacy may seem disorganised to anyone who isn't working at the pharmacy. Please be assured that Haverhill Pharmacy is an organised place of work and there wouldn't be anything to worry about on that front. We will however address other issues that you bought to our attention. | ||||||

Pathetic lack of service.Have to phone back time after time. We receive promises on a regular basis none of which are kept. My wife needs regular medication but never receives it in a timely manner. How the NHS can do nothing about such a poor, useless service when so many people must depend on it amazes me. | ||||||

Asked to have tablets delivered early as was going on holiday i told them time and never delivered never came had to pay extra for a later flight without my family | ||||||
