I'm not able to get to the pharmacy so rely on delivery. 1st time was great and on time. 2nd month prescription was late and I phoned as a reminder. Medication arrived 2 days later. 3rd repeat prescription was late again. I phoned again as a reminder. I informed them that I only had 3 tablets left. Still no delivery. I phoned again when I had just 1 tablet left and was assured that my medication will be delivered. No delivery. Phoned pharmacy to let them know that now I had no tablets left. Reply was that they can't help as they had no driver as it was Saturday. Was left without medication for 3 days. Have changed pharmacy.

She just stared at me for a while then abruptly asked ‘what do I want?’ She just seem very judgemental and not welcoming she did not smile once and just looked like she would rather do something else than help me. On the other hand the other works were very friendly and helpful
