March 2023. Said my prescription would be ready by Monday and out for delivery. Call them up& said my prescription wasn't even down for delivery. They were avoiding my calls all day and hung up on me twice! Absolutely appalling customer service! Grow some care & sympathy please you're meant to be a service to sick people. Your lack of service contributes to people becoming sicker which is no good in this day and age.

I need repeat prescriptions for seven items on a monthly basis. Almost every time I go to collect they have omitted at least one item. It came to as head when having put my prescription into the doctors on Wednesday with all seven items ticket, when I went to collect today I was only given TWO items. The assistant claimed that was all that had been requested. I assured her it wasn't. She told me to go back to the doctors, which I did. After some discussion with the most helpful receptionist, who rang the chemists, I was told to go back and they would have it. I did, and they didn't. Back to the receptionist, who very sweetly told me to sit down while she sorted it out when a doctor was free. After about 20 minutes she came back with a fresh prescription, duly signed. She assured me that the correct medicines had been requested originally and apologised, although it was clearly not the fault of the surgery. Eventually the surly chemist's assistant made up the right medicines and handed them to me WITHOUT EVEN AND APOLOGY. Next time I have asked to collect the prescription rather than they send it automatically to this useless bunch and I will take it to a decent chemist in town. You can understand ands forgive the odd error, but this happens too often. A whole hour wasted today for what should have been a few minutes' trip.
