My son required a blood pressure reading which was proving very stressful for him. Both the pharmacist and one of his colleagues helped us. Both members of staff were very friendly and helpful, yet at all times patient and professional. | ||||||

Use this pharmacy on a fairly regular basis to pick up repeat prescriptions for my spouse. I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly and the on duty chemist a great source of advice as spouse's medication is under review whilst doctors try to find the right combination of medicines to stabilise condition as some medications have been causing allergic reactions.
It is also very helpful that the pharmacy has extended opening hours particularly at the weekend when advice may be needed as his condition has only been diagnosed in this last year and we're not always sure whether or not a GP's appointment is necessary or even urgent. | ||||||

This pharmacy is so unprofessional and chaotic. I called in to pick up a prescription which had been sent by my doctors. They had to search around for it then the staff openly talk about the items on the prescription so all can hear. This has happened twice to me. Very unprofessional. I've changed my preferred pharmacy at the doctors. | ||||||
