I order my prescription and leave the required time (surgery ask for 48hrs and that's without the pharmacy receiving it)
Never have an issue but do see others who clearly only leave the surgery time and don't give them a chance constantly expecting it | ||||||

The only pharmacy covering a large area and doctor's surgery with in excess of 2000 patients on its book. Understandably queues and constant stream of customers believing their prescriptions just turn up without any intervention. Personally I can communicate because I am an adult and understand something as important as your medicines don't just appear, and surprisingly I have no issues hmmm | ||||||

Despite always requesting repeat prescriptions online at least 48 hours in advance the medication is never ready to collect and I am told I have to wait 20 mins (if lucky) before the medication will be ready. Every other pharmacy I've used (including other Boots stores) have the medication already checked and collated so long as you allow a couple of days before collecting.
Prescriptions are often lost only to be found when the assistant looks in another place. Waiting times are ridiculous. Some staff need a few lessons in customer service / basic manners. All in all... hopeless! | ||||||
