I went all the way to this boots for an appointment for travel vaccines, and arrived to find out that not only did they actually fail to log my appointment (which I made with the pharmacist at my previous appointment) into their system, but they also didn't contact me to inform me the required vaccine wasn't even in stock. What a waste of time and money getting there.

This was my first visit to this pharmacy as I have had surgery I chose this boots on falcon lane as this was nearer than my local pharmacy the person who took my prescription to me it would be about 10 mins I said it was OK after this time I approached the counter a gentleman who was before myself was still waiting for his prescription the pharmacist then after talking with the security guard came behind the counter I ask them they have checked my prescription they told me to wait they will get to it I asked them how much longer do I have to wait?as I had already been waiting they replied that I could get it from another pharmacy I was disgusted by their manner. I will be taking this matter further as I do have the right contacts and I'm aware of the procedure 'S needed To be taken regarding this instance.ni
