Always found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful.

I only use this pharmacy as a last resort as I find the staff are quite rude and don’t even acknowledge you when you are queuing to hand over your prescription, they are happy to ignore you and carry on talking to the pharmacist and the staff dispensing the medicines. I have heard some customers being rude and obnoxious to staff, especially when they require extra tablets for holidays etc, but that is no reason to treat all customers with contempt.
In addition they lost my online pharmacy orders for contraception on two occasions and made out it was my fault. | ||||||

Having recently moved to the area tried out Lloyds Brough for my regular prescriptions. The assistants are very pleasant and helpful. The pharmacists are professional, approachable and willing to give advice. Would not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy. Parking available outside, never had to wait more than a few minutes.
