Very helpful staff always going the extra mile, Girls in the dispensary always very knowledgable with prescription queries and medicines. Compared to other pharmacies I have used this one definitely makes me feel valued and cared for as a patient, unlike some bigger chain pharmacies. Would recommend using this friendly, efficient local Chelmsford pharmacy. | ||||||

I always find the staff helpful and and willing to help. I’ve had a problem getting my prescriptions faxed over from my surgery (not in Chelmsford) and the pharmacy staff are patient and and willing to check despite the fact that I sometimes have had to ring every day. | ||||||

I did not like the pharmacist's attitude who was acting in a patronising way during the review of my medication. In my view it is enough that my GP/who knows me well, does regular reviews on my meds. | ||||||
