Called today to enquire about order/delivery times for an item that isn't kept in stock. I knew from last month that no pharmacies stock this as it is a reduced dose medication. I can only ask CAMHs for a repeat prescription when I have 4/5 tablets left and Windmill told me today it would be 7-10 business days to order and deliver. As this would leave us days without medication, I tried Boots. They have ordered today (without me even taking the prescription in) and have said it will be delivered tomorrow but the day after at the very latest. I know who I will be using in future and wanted to warm others.

Poor service, can wait for ages to get served
