No stars if I can give it to them Old guy was extremely rude and horrible to women not good customer service always miserable look like he dosnt want to be here dose anyone know who I can contact higher up due to how rude and horrible he was on the phone to a mental health person the small black hair women is so rude she give you a sarcastic talk she rude to mental health person and thanks to them I have failed to see my psychologist and to top it off I can’t see one now till next year if I was you I would avoid this place there no customer service at all There busy chatting they say it takes 25 min to do your perceptions but it takes 40 min to do them instead of them chatting an actually doing something then they will find there customer will be happy snd won’t be waiting it dosnt take 25 min to put a box of tablets in a bag if you want to waste you life waiting and have extremely bad customer service and they like to take advantage from a mental health person then this is your place to go

I am a customer at this pharmacy, having my repeated prescription there. The last few times I went there, I didn't really like how I was attended. However, I always give a second chance. Unfortunately, today was another bad experience. I went to buy a medicine for my daughter. The medicine is a powder. In every single pharmacy I go, they always ask if I want this prepared in loco. Today, this question wasn't made... When I realized they prepared it without my authorization, I said I would not have it. They made me pay, and I trusted I was having a non prepared medicine. I was wrong. They gave me the prepared medicine, even knowing that I would not be at home in the next 3hours. The medicine should be kept in a cold environment, which is impossible when you are driving a little one who caught a cold. I felt that this action was inappropriate and I am now hopping for the medicine being still okay when I will get back home. Otherwise, I will need to come back to the doctor and ask for a new prescription, while my 4 years old daughter is waiting for the medicine. I do not recommend this pharmacy and will withdraw the pharmacy from the repeated prescription at my GP. Well done team Yogi!
