I use Hado Pharmacy for the convenience as in normally being able to park outside and also for the later hours compared to the other pharmacies in Diss.
I really have to say that the service there is unbelievably slow and I don't honestly believe I have ever seen one of the assistants/pharmacists there actually smile.!!!
It is a very small pharmacy and quite stuffy in there at times and when you have 3/4 people waiting on a prescription or to be served it really is frustrating the length of time you have to wait.
There has been a couple of occasions where I have had to wait up to 20/30 minutes whilst they even look for my prescription.
Conclusion ... Definitely should have better customer service including a smile and be a lot quicker than what they are. | ||||||

they are very slow on everything, all be it picking up a prescription or trying to buy something, the only plus side to this is the hours they are open | ||||||

I went into hado to pick up urgent antobiotics- after 10 minutes of waiting, they didn’t have them, which was fine, but when I asked the woman If she could order them in she just glared at me and said ‘no.’ No explanation given, no apology or reason, just nothing. Every time I’ve been there they’ve been rude or didn’t have what I needed! | ||||||
