third time in 6 months I have had to chase them for my regular repeat prescriptions when they have failed to order them.. I have to take medications daily not take for two months then miss 10 days while they get there act together. I shall be leaving this pharmacy shortly

Worse pharmacy ever deliver issue wrong medication. Pharmacists and staff are really rude unhelpful. Hours to actually answer telephone then put phone down on you. Do not give you all your perceptions owe you never receive it. Leave you without your regular repeat constantly have to phone them still don't do anything. Have left my elderly parents without regular medication on numerous occasions. But only one that delivers to them. Appalling disgusting service with rude unhelpful staff

today is the 3rd time my repeats have been messed up.today i went to collect and they told me one item was missing and i'd have to come back. i am disabled and it's difficult for me to go once never mind come back, one of the staff went and borrowed the item from the other chemist. i got home to find that onother item wasn't there either so no choice now but to go back. i ordered 4 items and was given items not requested. i will be changing to a more accessible chemist and hope for better service.
