The best experience I have ever had throughout my lifetime so far. Most of the staff are helpful to a degree, however there are 2 members of staff in particular that are outstanding second to none. They are the most helpful, professional, dedicated to their job and more so to their customers. These 2 members of staff always without fail, go that extra mile. They are so caring, you feel like you are one big family. They show compassion and understanding with sympathy. I had one of my bad days on one particular day and fell into a anxiety attack, my legs went from under me. I was escorted with assistance to a nearby private office to be aided. They were absolutely amazing as I was in a bad way. Another time was this week and today, as I needed to have my medication changed to weekly from monthly. My repeat prescription had been arranged by a wonderful member of staff, just like a flower as you are always welcomed with a lovely smile which makes you feel the warmth from the heart. However there was a couple of hiccups from the doctors receptionist who didn't set it up correctly hence it would of caused me to be without my medication. This fabulous person kept checking in with my doctors to make sure it was set up and that there would be no more issues. I would of been in an extremely dangerous situation if this member of staff had not of been so amazing in making sure it all goes well. Also untill they do come through as requested, this wonderful person will be keeping track for me untill it's all assured no more hiccups. What a star! These 2 members of staff should be awarded top caring, professional members of staff that never fail to go that extra mile, even breaking off from their lunch all because I came in and there was no hesitation or complaining about it, just got on and helped me before going back to finish lunch. Great to feel comfortable and understood not to mention the welcome you receive as soon as you walk through the door. I will never go anywhere else.
