From first going to the counter to pick up my prescription is abysmal. Three people in the back, with no contact to the 2 ladies in front of me when tone of them eventually does fairly quick but the lady next has a prescription to submit and to pick up one for husband then it really goes haywire, don’t see anyone for 10 mins. Then it’s me waiting for 10 ish mins till someone actually acknowledges you. This is ridiculous surely ones on picking the drugs, one checking and one disturbing? How hard can that be, I know posts of phone enquiries. I must say if this happened in my business I would be devastated and Boots as a company should make sure enough staff and give them some skills to talk to and acknowledge their customers. Disgusting if I could go somewhere else I would without hesitation. Such a wast of time going there so slow
