Prescription never ready even though it is on a 2 month repeat. Have to revisit at least 3 times as items are missing. Not all but some staff are patronising and unhelpful Opening hours state open until 18.00 but nobody answered after phoning from 17.20 until 18.00 Blames doctors for not sending prescription which was untruthful Said they would get items delivered 5 items required only 1 delivered Disappointed. Not a good service at all

Rang the pharmacy about a flu jab. Staff were helpful on phone. Went to shop and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Got my jab in minutes. Great service from lovely, friendly professionals.

Pharmacist always goes above and beyond to get correct drugs, even when there are shortages. Service is good, hardly ever have to wait. Best pharmacy in Ellesmere Port.
