I live 45 mins drive away from my mum and if I have to try and phone to sort out problems (my mum has dementia), I can never get through to talk on the phone - incredibly difficult when trying to sort urgent issues

I arrived to collect a prescription at 9:05 to a locked door, assistant opened the door to tell me that the Pharmacist wasn’t in yet and to come back after 1pm that they couldn’t give out prescriptions when pharmacist wasn’t there! This isn’t the first time this has happened, another time there was a queue of 4 pensioners looking to collect prescriptions. What is the point of a notice on the door saying opening time 9am! People are travelling to collect prescriptions, this is not acceptable, I will go elsewhere after this.
