Worst pharmacy in Dumfries probably in Scotland. Rude staff managed by an even worse person in John! Shoved my prescription into my face and said don’t return for being rude to his rude staff! Asked for an email to complain about him and got a stupid gmail address! Have spoken to the police as I am disabled and considered what he did as an assault! My advice is to find a pharmacy that actually cares for patients not this one! An absolute disgrace

This is by far the worst pharmacy in the town. They are now allowing 5 people in at a time, but considering they take so long to get you your prescription people are still having to stand outside in a queue. I think 10 days after prescription phoned in to the surgery is more than enough time to be able to collect your prescription but no had to wait half an hour for it to be checked . Even then they still have items missing. I asked when it will be in to be told I don't know. Not good enough. Never had this problem when it was blounts they were extremely helpful and always had your prescription ready. In fact they would phone me to let me know it was ready for collection. Staff aren't competent and don't seem to know what they're doing. Shambolic pharmacy
