Got text on Fri to say prescription was ready we always get both together. My husband went down today Tue only 1 item was ready and .mine not at all ,this was after waiting in long cue ,he is 83 and has mobility problems While he was there I got 2 texts to say both prescription were ready!!!!! It seems not ,now he has to go back another day and no doubt wait again ,he is just not fit for this I appreciate staff are very busy so sorry for this rant but there has to be a more efficient service that means when you are informed your prescription is ready it is actually ready to be collectdd
