Absolutely shocking. My repeat prescription has been over due last Wednesday only to be told they haven’t received a script ( it’s on repeat prescription)Boots done urgent request only to be told one item isn’t on a script. ( anti seizure medication) surgery states all scripts gone down to boots . Attitude of multi coloured front desk clerk shambolic. Had to queue up 3 times after surgery yet again said boots picked all scripts up. Keep in mind I’m now 7 days without any potential life saving medication. Still not any wiser. Won’t be going to boots ever again for my medication as it isn’t the first time either.
