The staff in Pontypool branch are very helpful which is more than I can say for boots who leaves you standing and not approaching you to find out what you want everyone in Mayberry couldn’t do enough to solve my problem.

I just feel that I must write to complement on the excellent service I have just received once again from the staff working at Pontypool Mayberry. I have been a patient and customer at the branch for many years! And I have to say I’ve always received a brilliant service. The staff are always so helpful and courteous. And even though they are all very busy, manage to find the time to give advice if you have any concerns. Thank you all so much.
