On Wednesday 23rd August 2023, I drove from Welshpool to your store at Broughton retail park, where I needed some CLINIQUE products for an upcoming holiday, the sales assistant was called CLARE, and I can honestly say I’ve never met such a kind, thoughtful and considerate sales person. She took time and patience to make sure my foundation was the correct shading, ( I am a woman of colour) and she was so helpful in making sure I got the right one,and all the other products were suitable.
