I find my condition can be quite challenging at times, so always ensure to monitor my pharmaceutical needs, and order in plenty of time such that not only am I assured continuity of supply, but also have contingency to forsake any unforeseen time constraints. The only was I could envisage an improvement in service is if the pharmacy developed a personal profile service for each and every customer such that they were aware of the work and leisure schedules of each and every one, providing an open 24 hrs. service to cater for every last minutia of individual need. Maybe even extending to a delivery service for those individuals who find it literally impossible to forego twenty minutes of Faciletimebook, Nittendo, Mamsnet, or McStuffing in order to perambulate forth in aid of their own and their loved ones pharmaceutical supplementation. As it would appear that registering to use the highly convenient and time saving collection from locker system is problematic and challenging to some, maybe half the lockers could be removed and in their place could be installed a mini apartment with bunk beds such that one or two staff members could be in permanent residence to cater to the whims of personal expediency.
