The pharmacy don't answer the phone. To get a prescription you have to queue,c the wait is often 30 minutes. To be told to come back in an hour.. to queue again and then wait again to carry the prescription.

My surgery sent my prescription to these clowns on the 16th of jan went to collect it hadn’t been made up on the 22nd , went back on the 25th and 1 item was missing ent back , was told to come back later , went back hadn’t been sorted went back 3 days later was told to come back ??went back still not ready , I’ve given up now and pick my prescription up from my doctors, shocking service

I was made to feel like a criminal, absolutely disgusting customer services. I purchased some no7 products and a lovely member of staff at the no7 counter helped me. As it was such a great offer and decided to ring my sister and tell her about the offer. The lady witnessed this conversation. She then gave me 12 no7 products and made my way to the till. This is where things turned sour...the lady at the till said you can't purchase any more than 10 items, which I then replied no problem as my sister will come in to buy hers later... I then noticed the staff member next to her rolled her eyes at me! Later my sister and I came back to the store to purchase her 6 no7 products and they wasn't going to allow it as she thought that it was for me, which we told her and made it clear it was for my sister. If it wasn't for the lovely lady working on the no7 counter witnessing my conversation with my sister over the phone then I know they wouldn't allow her to purchase it as they did not believe us. This is absolutely unacceptable and we were made to feel like criminals. Will never shop in the store ever again.... Where is their customer service skills as I thought customers are always right and should be treated with respect. I never felt so humiliated in all my life!!!
