May 25 2023 When something goes wrong, on their part, then a modest attempt to correct, then nothing, you become personna non Grata, they literally abandon you. No matter how much physical pain and problems their mistake causes your everyday life.

I was overcharged by over £400, which was eventually agreed, but two months later and numerous phone calls, I am still waiting for my money. Not impressed.
